Jim -- I recently learned what this is. It's the last panel from a Boob McNutt Sunday that artists Marcel Duchamp and Man Ray clipped, slightly altered (a figure in the background -- a relative of Boob's pleading for his life -- was cut out), and published in the 1921 pamphlet New York Dada.
